Description
Genuine and well preserved early artillery officer cap. The cap shows modest wear and has a great look. The original national insignia period placed on the front of the cap, the cocarde is a classic ‘vented’ example, typical for the manufacturer of this cap. Maker marked by the desirable manufacturer ‘Erel’ (Robert Lubstein) with rarely seen distributer mark of Friedrich Benson, Köningsberg. No major damages on the exterior. Liner band complete but shows some tears. Excellent cap, with a sexy saddle shape by a famous maker!
