Description
M35 blue colored Luftwaffe helmet with double decals. The Luftwaffe eagle is the desirable first pattern model often referred to as the ‘Droop Tail’ or ‘Straight Leg’ variant, typical for this manufacturer. Both decals are present and show light wear. The helmet is complete with an early aluminum single band liner (dated 1937). The leather feels soft and shows light wear. It is named with a name tag on the reverse (not pictured). Draw string and (damaged) chin strap are present. Untouched helmet, split pins remain firm and tight. Maker marked by ET (Eisenhüttenwerk Thale) size 64 (ET64), lotnumber 3317.
