Description
Genuine WW2 German navy officer cap for high ranking officers (Stabsoffiziere). This can be seen on the embroidered gold oak leafs on the front of the visor. A nice set of gold colored bullion insignia is period sewn on the front of the cap. The sweat diamond is damaged due to wear and we can’t see the manufacturer logo anymore. The chin strap is complete, one leather loops shows a small damage. Pictures were taken with a hat spanner for better display as this cap has a real crusher look and feel. A beautiful well worn Kriegsmarine visor with the patina we are all looking for!
