Description
Honest and light worn M40 helmet, used to have an army decal on the left side but was removed per regulations. Helmet is camouflaged in a rather unsual geometrical camouflage in tan/green mixed paint. The camo saw lots of wear so the colors are faded and not so vivid anymore. Helmet is complete with a beautiful original liner, complete with draw string and 1937 dated chin strap (repaired!). Leather is still supple and strong. Shell marked by NS size 64, lot number D109 (Single Decal Army helmet in the lot nr Database.)
